Tara Blair

Founder & CEO | Financial Advisor

Tara has built her business, like many of her clients, from the ground up.  She is passionate about all the intricate parts at play for her clients in business solutions, estate planning, financial strategies, tax solutions, and retirement planning. 

Her educational background has assisted her greatly in her pursuit to be the advisor that her clients need.  With a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, she has applied her knowledge of systems, codes, and statistics to the business and financial services world. Tara prides herself on being a lifelong student as the tax and financial markets are everchanging. She aims to always be one step ahead for the betterment of the clients who place their trust in her. Tara began her financial practice in 2018.  She comes from a loving family of educators. The most enjoyable part of her career is getting to teach every day and be a resource for what can be very complicated for most families. She is proud to continue her family's legacy in playing a pivotal part in the success of others.

Family and community are everything to Tara. She has a wonderful life partner, Kevin, and 14-year-old daughter, Eryan, that means the world to her. As a family, they are very active in the community, especially with Eryan's high school, the city of Plano, and their community's HOA board. Tara is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table¹ 2023, Dallas Estate Planning Council, National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and Agents Advisory Council of DFW. She is also very active with a multitude of Philanthropies that are also her clients.

Tara built Time Wealth Strategies & Insurance Solutions LLC to change lives by maximizing her client's time. To allow entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals, and executives the opportunity to understand taxes, financial strategy, debt, and leverage in great detail, leading them to make smart decisions early on and maintain solid financial health as life happens.

Toria Troxel

Partner | Financial Advisor

Toria has a passion for creating meaningful relationships with her clients – understanding what’s important to them and leveraging this information to create an effective financial strategy. She strives to build a constructive environment that not only provides her clients with sound financial advice, but gives them confidence and peace of mind.

As the daughter of both a CFO and VP at a large bank, Toria quickly learned the value of the dollar and importance of financial literacy. She understands there is no “one size fits all” strategy; one of the aspects she embraces and finds most exciting about her role. Being a classically trained musician, she blends her strong mathematical ability and time management skills with a creative out of the box approach to cultivate a customized and tailored solution for each client. 

Toria opened her practice at the beginning of 2020 and has quickly made a name for herself. She has hit Executive Council² for a consecutive two years 2021 and 2022, received the Career Life Producer Award and the Career Long-Term Care Success Award in the midst of a pandemic. She values giving back to her community and is an active participant in the Best Buddies Friendship Walk and other programs that support people with disabilities. 

When Toria is away from her desk, she enjoys spending time with her significant other, Houston, and their two rescue dogs Harley (Hound / Pitbull Mix) and Skylar (Anatolian Shepherd Mix). She loves spending time outdoors whether playing soccer, hiking, snowboarding, or camping.

Kevin Hickey

Partner | Director of Business Development

Kevin’s background stems from building and owning a variety of small businesses over the past two decades. During this time, he learned the importance of developing strong relationships and networking is vital to success. Kevin’s main goal has been and continues to be this: Add value to everyone he meets. 

During his time as a small business owner, he was fortunate to become connected to the financial industry. Kevin immediately saw the power in making your money work for you and your family. The strategies he learned then are still in place today and have covered the cost of his daughter’s college education before she has even graduated high school. This accomplishment inspired him to pursue business development and client success in the financial world so that he could help others reach their own goals.

Kevin enjoys working with our community of charities, business owners, professionals, investors, and families. He is passionate about building a network of strong businesses to surround our clients with proficient professionals to guide them in what is most relevant to their aspirations. 

When not in office, Kevin enjoys traveling and spending time with his daughter, Eryan, and life partner, Tara. He also enjoys reading, exercising, pickleball, golf, and anything that involves coffee and friends.
